We are looking for energetic, confident, and professional door canvassers to join our growing team and help us expand our customer base across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Neighborhood Outreach: Knocking on doors in targeted residential areas to introduce our window cleaning and exterior maintenance services.
• Lead Generation: Engaging homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to generate leads and secure new window cleaning bookings.
• Contract Spotting: Identifying opportunities for higher-value commercial properties and solar farm cleaning contracts.
• Brand Representation: Representing the Brightr Group brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

The Package & Commission Structure

• Uncapped Earnings: Performance-based opportunity ideal for driven individuals. As a self-employed contractor, you manage your own tax and National Insurance.
• Generous Payouts: Receive 100% of the first window clean's value as your commission (Minimum £25 per clean), paid out promptly after customer payment.
• Higher Tiers: Unlock lucrative commercial and solar farm contract commissions determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Total Flexibility: Choose your own hours. Golden hours for performance are 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM weekdays, Saturdays 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Sundays 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Preferred, but not essential—previous sales, canvassing, direct marketing, or customer-facing experience is a great bonus.
• Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driving licence to travel across the operating regions.
• Presentation: Naturally friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanour. Comfortable talking to new people daily and handling rejection positively.
• Standards: Company-provided uniform supplied so you always look smart and recognisable representing Brightr Group.
